WPO World Packaging Organisation participation at COP28 UAE

The President, Luciana Pellegrino, participated in the panel organized by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) that showcased the role of sustainable food packaging and processing in achieving food security by reducing food loss and waste.

Speakers discussed how sustainable food packaging and processing can impact post-harvest food loss and waste, value addition, export, ecological footprint and policies that support a sustainable food system.
